All funds and plans purchased for use in Methodist University Dining locations are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Methodist University Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Meal plans expire the last day of each semester. Unused Monarch Dollars associated with the Meal Plan will roll over from the fall to spring semester but not from the spring to fall semester (expire at the end of the spring semester). Monarch Dollars added to your account are non-refundable, do not expire and carry over each semester as long as you remain enrolled or employed at the University.
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
